What these numbers mean

402 metre konveyör, 240 kg askı. Conveyor length sets how many parts are on the line at once; hanger capacity sets the weight that can hang at a time. For heavy parts the hanger capacity is the limit, not the total line length. The 402-metre total is split across two plants: 168 metres at NOSAB, 234 at Alaaddinbey.

30 metre tünel fırın. Oven length, together with conveyor speed, sets how long the part stays at regime temperature. Full polymerisation of the powder depends on that time.

1,5 × 1,8 × 6,5 m box tipi. This is the size limit for one-off or small-batch work that cannot hang on the conveyor. For parts outside these dimensions, talk to us first.
