The NOSAB facility houses the fully integrated line: a six-stage spray line, PLC-controlled powder booths and the 30-metre tunnel oven. The 168-metre conveyor carries parts along a single line from pretreatment to curing.
2,000 m² enclosed and 800 m² open area leave room for series work to flow without queueing beside the line. A team of 35 monitors the line from a single point throughout the shift.
Parts from sectors ranging from automotive supply to furniture run on the same line; a process card records which part is at which stage.
