About Color Center
Two facilities in Bursa NOSAB and Alaaddinbey. Every step of the coating process under our own roof, from the nano pretreatment line to the 30-metre tunnel oven.
What we do
Color Center coats the surfaces of metal parts with electrostatic powder. The work has two halves: bringing the surface to a state where the coating will bond, and applying the coating under a measurable regime. The first happens on a six-stage nano pretreatment line, the second in PLC-controlled booths and a 30-metre tunnel oven.
With the production capacity of our facilities, fully integrated with modern nano technology and automation, and with the quality we always put first, our brand gained acceptance in the sector in a short time.
How we work
When a part arrives, the first decision is which line suits it. The tunnel line carries 240 kg per hanger on 402 metres of cardan conveyor across the two plants and is used for series work. Work that does not fit that line in size or quantity runs separately in the box-type booth and oven. If there is rust, scale or old paint, the part goes through blasting first.
