Powder coating is a solvent-free method; its environmental load is low from the start. We add our own practices on top of that.
Environment
Electrostatic powder coating contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Powder that does not adhere in the booth is recovered by the cyclone system and reused, which markedly reduces waste compared with wet paint.
Nano pretreatment chemistry produces less sludge and a thinner layer than classic phosphate processes.
Occupational health and safety
Coating booths run under positive pressure and climate control. The line is monitored from a single-point PLC control panel, which reduces the need for operator intervention on the line.
Continuous improvement
Our Quality Management System is reviewed with periodic checks, and improvement points are drawn from those checks.
