Why two facilities matter
In a single-line coating plant, when the oven or conveyor stops, every delivery stops. Maintenance, a colour change or an unexpected fault turns directly into delay on a single line.
The NOSAB facility carries the fully integrated tunnel line: a six-stage spray line, PLC-controlled booths and the 30-metre tunnel oven. The Alaaddinbey facility carries the box-type booth and oven plus blasting; work that does not fit the tunnel line in size or quantity runs there.
That split keeps series work from waiting behind off-line work.
