2,200 m² enclosed area, 234 metres of conveyor, a team of 40. Alongside the tunnel line and spray line, sandblasting and the box-type booth and oven are here.
Alongside the tunnel line and spray line running on 234 metres of conveyor, the Alaaddinbey facility also houses sandblasting and the box-type booth and oven. That combination lets series work and one-off work progress in the same plant without waiting for each other.
With 2,200 m² enclosed and 1,300 m² open area it is the larger of the two plants. A team of 40 runs the conveyor line and off-line work in parallel.
Running two plants means that maintenance or a stoppage on one line does not stop every delivery.
