Even powder distribution is the job of airflow and programming, not of hand. Our booths run with PLC-controlled robots, a positive-pressure climate-controlled room and a quick colour-change cyclone system.

The air inside the booth decides where the powder goes. A positive-pressure climate-controlled room keeps outside dust out and holds temperature and humidity steady; when those two variables move, the same recipe stops giving the same result.

PLC robots working on vertical and horizontal axes are programmed to the part geometry. Automatic and manual Wagner equipment are used together: series parts by robot, complex geometries and touch-up with a manual gun.

The PVC mono cyclone shortens colour changes. Changing colour between small batches is the most expensive item of line downtime; the system was chosen to reduce it.
